Many of us have been conditioned to spend most of our time focusing on the negative patterns that we hold in our minds and bodies… incessant thoughts…or physical ailments, or health conditions that cause us pain… When we are used to feeling negative or heavy (whether emotional or physically) this leads to a relationship with the body, and with life that can feel like a battleground.
